Refund policy

Holiday shopping is meant to feel easy and worry-free, and the seasonal return arrangement is designed with that in mind. For purchases made within the holiday window from November 1, 2025 through December 24, 2025, customers are given an extended opportunity to return or exchange items. Eligible products may be returned up until January 16, 2026, giving recipients additional time after the holidays to decide whether their purchase meets expectations. This extended timeframe is intended to support gift purchases and reduce pressure during a busy seasonal period.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must remain in a condition that allows them to be responsibly processed. Products should not show signs of wear or washing and must be kept in their original, unused state. All original packaging elements and tags need to remain attached. These conditions help ensure that returned goods can be evaluated properly and, when appropriate, reintroduced into inventory. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way may fall outside the scope of eligibility.

Some products are not included within the return or exchange policy. Goods marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This category typically includes items such as gift cards, insoles, and any merchandise clearly labeled as final sale at the point of purchase, whether online or in-store. Occasionally, certain promotions or product-specific restrictions may also result in additional exclusions, so reviewing product details before completing a purchase is recommended.

Return-related costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are not refundable, even if the product itself is returned. When a return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. It is not possible to direct refunds to alternative accounts, payment types, or gift cards unless local regulations require otherwise.

All return and exchange requests must be handled within the same country where the original order was placed. This requirement reflects differences in logistics networks, customs procedures, taxation systems, and regional inventory management practices. If the item was purchased through a third-party retailer rather than directly from the brand’s own sales channels, customers must follow the return policy of that specific retailer, as independent sellers manage their own return procedures.

The company reserves the right to oversee and regulate transactions, returns, and exchanges in a manner that ensures fairness and operational efficiency. This includes the ability to limit purchase quantities, decline orders, or reject return requests when necessary. Such decisions may be based on factors like inventory availability, suspected policy misuse, or other operational considerations aimed at maintaining a balanced customer experience.

In cases where an order, return, or transaction is not accepted or is reversed, the company’s responsibility is limited to refunding the amount originally paid for the affected items. No additional compensation, damages, or associated costs are covered beyond the purchase value itself. This structure helps maintain consistency in how policies are applied across all customers.

By setting clear guidelines for seasonal returns, the policy aims to support a smoother holiday shopping experience. Customers benefit from additional flexibility during the gift-giving period while also ensuring that product handling remains responsible and efficient. The combination of extended deadlines and clearly defined conditions helps balance convenience for shoppers with the operational needs of the business.
